This piece is a bread knife / slicer hybrid with a little over half of the blade non-serrated with the back half serrated for bread or heavier cutting duties. It would be served well as a large protein slicer such as the turkey at Thanksgiving. It is a forged integral bolster damascus blade with a hollow ground into the bolster for lighter weight and a more comfortable grip. It sports a Buckeye burl handle and bone/copper spacers. The handle length is 5” and the blade length is 11”.
